I had uninstalled my application and now application is not activating my license, What do I have to do?

This solution for PHP DEFENDER Below Version 8, PDW ENCODER below Version 7, ULTIMATE ENCODER 2021 only

If you are using  Higher version then go to the this Knowledge base

you must be deactivate your license Before uninstall your current application from your current PC, If you forgot o deactivate your license before uninstall, then first send us a request to remove license from our license server. If you are under our premium support and you have enough deactivation point (What is the deactivation point) for do it. We will inform you after reset your you license  . After get the success information from us you might need to follow the below mentioned instruction step by step. you have only one chance to properly deactivate your previous license.

1) Uninstall your application

2) Install the application on your new PC

3)use your key when it ask for first time

3)Activate online license from application help menu ( Remember don't close the application after activate)

5)go to help menu again and this time select Deactivate online license

6) close the application after complete the deactivation processes  and uninstall the application again

7) again install and activate the application from HelpMenu/Menu
